cured with lime juice and garnished with a red pepper and coriander salsa

BBQ’ed eye fillet on crisp bread topped with a herb hollandaise

(to include oysters, gravadlax, calamari prawns, smoked salmon

served on a fennel seed and orange butter sauce with a rocket and pinenut salad

Gin and Tonic Sorbet
with a generous twist of lime

Rack Of Lamb
Studded with garlic and rosemary served on a Kumara and rosemary rosti with a Waiheke Cabernet Jus

Mashed Potato with a hint of Kikorangi Blue
Green Beans
Braised Red Cabbage with apple and balsamic vinegar

to include Iced Praline Parfait, Hot Chocolate Souffle and French Macarons all accompanied by their own sauce, coulis or cream
