Grilled and topped with a squeeze of lemon and Waiheke wild herbs

Local Te Makiri Oysters in a shot glass with fresh tomato juice, Vodka, Worcester sauce & lemon

Thai Chicken Filo Parcels –
Satay chicken wrapped in crisp filo leaves and baked to order

Greek Lamb Kebabs with a yoghurt and mint dipping sauce

Noodle Boxes

Salt and Pepper Squid drizzled with a garlic and capsicum aioli served on mixed salad leaves

BBQ Beef and vegetables with basil over fresh noodles

Burger style choices

Wild Venison burgers with cranberry sauce

Prawn and Tarragon burger with a mild chilli and lime aioli

these would be served with a local lettuce, tomato, cucumber in homemade buns.
